2Eligibility

By registering an account with bh88, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You understand and accept that online gaming carries a risk of financial loss, and you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

bh88 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player at any time. Where bh88 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, bh88 may suspend or close that player's account pending investigation and, where appropriate, void any associated bets or transactions.

3Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active bh88 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. bh88 employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance may be subject to review.

3.2 Account Security

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bh88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, UBL Bank Transfer, HBL, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and Raast. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bh88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

4.2 Deposit Minimums

The minimum deposit amount on bh88 is 500 PKR. Maximum deposit limits per transaction may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. bh88 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified bh88 account holders are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where the withdrawal request triggers a standard compliance review. bh88 will not process withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for deposits on the same account, unless an alternative method is expressly authorized by bh88 support in writing.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bh88 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. Deposits made to a bh88 account may not be withdrawn without first satisfying minimum wagering activity requirements. bh88 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending completion of AML checks and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

5Bonuses & Promotions

bh88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bh88 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a valid bh88 account and satisfied any stated eligibility criteria for the specific promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry date, and any winnings derived from that bonus, will be forfeited.

• Players who are determined to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting game mechanics to hedge bets with bonus funds, or using automated tools — will have their accounts suspended and bonus balances forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or redeemed for cash outside of the stated wagering conditions.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on bh88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category (casino games, sports betting, Cockfighting, lottery, etc.) as published in the relevant product rules section of the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A bet is confirmed only when bh88 has confirmed acceptance and a bet ID has been issued. Pending bets are not confirmed and may be declined at bh88's discretion.
• Bets may not be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation, except where specific product rules expressly permit cash-out or bet amendment features.
• bh88 reserves the right to void bets where they were placed on the basis of incorrect odds caused by a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per player account. These limits are set at bh88's discretion and may be adjusted without notice.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bh88 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance held, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Underage gambling: Using or attempting to use the bh88 Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one bh88 account, whether in your own name or the name of another person.
• Fraud: Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods; providing false identity documents; or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated tools: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without the prior written consent of bh88.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between bh88 and other platforms to guarantee profit, particularly in connection with bonus funds.
• Money laundering: Using the bh88 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.

8Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any bh88 content without the prior written consent of bh88. Unauthorised use of bh88 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bh88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

bh88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may affect access to the Platform without prior notice. bh88 will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

bh88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bh88 account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy

bh88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with bh88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bh88 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent. 12Amendments to These Terms

bh88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bh88 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

The date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to remain informed of any changes.

13Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bh88 is registered and operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bh88's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body or court of competent jurisdiction as determined by bh88's operating licence conditions.

Nothing in these Terms shall restrict any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection or gaming regulations applicable to you as a player in Pakistan.
